NSWFCA Yearly Heaviest of the Species Competition
Competition Rules
1. Eligible Species are those listed on the RESULT SHEET. They may change from year to year.
2. The competition is conducted in three Sections: Seniors, Juniors and Sub-Juniors. Ages are taken on the day of capture. Seniors are 18 years old or over. Juniors are 13 years old to under 18 years old and Sub-Juniors are under 13 years old. Juniors and Sub-Juniors receive a bonus percentage loading.
3. The competition will run from 00:00Hrs on 1st January to 24:00Hrs on 31st December each year.
4. Fish are to be weighed to the closest 10 grams on certified scales.
5. The claimant must be a financial member of NSWFCA at the time of capture.
6. The claim must be received by the Secretary within 60 days of the date of capture.
7. Photos are encouraged and may be included in NSWFCA publications or web site.
8. There is no fee required but all other rules not covered above are as for NSWFCA Record Claims.
